Protecting your castle - your troops are most important!

This is a war game and you have to expect getting attacked, looted and humiliated by higher level castles, even get trash talked in the Kingdom chat. Don't worry, don't let it bother you. Here are some tips for you to be prepared and get ready. In addition, if you gain more knowledge, you become more skilled and in time, you can have your revenge.

Bear in mind that since you're just starting to play, there are others ahead of you and may belong to alliances that prey on the weak. Bullying is part of the game, and since this is not FarmVille, you need to act tough and be tough. Otherwise, you have to go back playing those puzzle games!

What to do when you are about to be attacked:

Shield up- This is a cover where your castle is immune from attacks. The Peace shield is a buff for (1.) 8 hours, (2.) 24 hours or (3.) 3 days where no one can touch you. You have 2 options to get the shield

1. Buy from the store - see bag located just beneath the chat, besides Quests. Click it and go to Store (besides My Items) at the top. Once you're in the store, click on Buff and choose the type of shield you wish to buy.
2. Donate Technology in your alliance and once you have enough honor, you can buy a shield.

If all things fail, ask a member of your alliance to send you a shield. Remember that you have allies and they are ready to help you if they can.

Evade and run! - Your troops which is a vital part of your gameplay must be protected at all cost from enemies. If someone is attacking you, at the very last minute, leave your castle and reinforce an ally who has a peace shield. You can do this if shielding is not possible. Another option is to gather RSS far from your castle since your troops will travel and whoever wants to attack you has to follow. That will leave his castle vulnerable to attacks. You can also explore relics (these are those temples/castles carved out of stones). Exploring relics can be up to 8 hours so your troops can't be touched.

Tip: Your resources are often the target of enemies, and unless you have shield, they will be taken away. Remember that your troops are more important since without them you cannot gain RSS and attack your enemies.
